‘Road to IPO’ Workshop by NIMB Ace Capital Aims to Guide Companies Toward Stock Market Listing

NIMB Ace Capital Limited, in collaboration with Pioneer Law Associates and ICRA Nepal Limited, conducted a high-level workshop titled “Road to IPO” on August 29, 2025, at Hotel Aloft, Kathmandu.
The program brought together corporate leaders, legal experts, and market analysts to demystify the process of going public. Key discussions included IPO timing, methods of issuance, corporate governance, capital structuring, pricing, and regulatory compliance.
