Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Announces Cash Dividend
Sanima Reliance Life Insurance has announced a cash dividend of 10.1780% from last fiscal year’s profit, subject to regulatory and AGM approval.
Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders based on earnings from the previous fiscal year.
The insurer will distribute a cash dividend equivalent to 10.1780% of its paid-up capital. The dividend amount is inclusive of tax and will be paid following the completion of required regulatory procedures.
The decision was approved at a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Mangsir 29.
The proposed dividend distribution is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Upon receiving the necessary approvals, the cash dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders in line with prevailing regulations.
