Shine Resunga Bank Successfully Allots NPR 1 Billion Debenture Amid 5.95x Oversubscription
Shine Resunga Development Bank has completed allotment of its 10-year, 8% debenture worth NPR 1 billion, receiving over 5.95 times subscription.
Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) has successfully completed the allotment of its NPR 1 billion worth debenture, titled “Shine Resunga Debenture”, offering 8% annual interest for a period of 10 years. The allotment took place on Shrawan 8 at the office of issue and sales manager NIMB Ace Capital Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
The issue witnessed oversubscription by over 5.95 times, reflecting strong investor confidence in the Nepali fixed-income market. The total issuance was divided into:
60% for institutional investors, and
40% for the general public.
The public issue was open from Ashar 32 to Shrawan 4, during which a large number of individuals, institutions, and organizations participated enthusiastically.
This strong response from retail investors signals a growing awareness and trust in fixed-income instruments in Nepal’s capital market.
