Shiva Shree Hydropower Opens 1:1 Right Share Issue Worth NPR 1.47B
Shiva Shree Hydropower begins 100% right share issue of 14.76M units; paid-up capital to double from NPR 1.47B to 2.95B.
Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited (SSHL) has officially opened the issuance of its 100% right shares starting Bhadra 19 to Ashwin 8, 2082. The company is offering 14,764,000 units in a 1:1 ratio, equivalent to NPR 1.47 billion, to its existing shareholders.
Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at NPR 1.47 billion. Following the adjustment of the right shares, the paid-up capital will increase to NPR 2.95 billion, effectively doubling its capital base.
The book closure date was Shrawan 16, 2082, meaning only shareholders who maintained holdings before this date are eligible to apply.
Citizens Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this right share issuance.
The fundraising is expected to strengthen the company’s capital structure, enhance liquidity, and provide resources for ongoing operations and project financing in Nepal’s hydropower sector.
