Shreenagar Agritech Industries IPO Application Deadline Today
Today (Oct 15, 2025) is the last day to apply for Shreenagar Agritech Industries’ IPO, open to general investors after local and NRN allocations.
Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited opened its IPO on Ashwin 26, 2082 BS, initially allocating shares to local residents in the industrial area and Nepalis working abroad. After the initial allocation, the IPO is now open for general investors.
Total issued capital: NPR 1.63 billion
IPO allocation for general investors: NPR 251,049,300 (25,10,493 shares at NPR 100 each)
Previous allocations:
Local residents: 163,125 shares
Nepalis abroad: 309,938 shares
Collective investment funds: 154,969 shares
Employees: 123,975 shares
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares.
Rating and Risk:
ICRA Nepal has assigned a high-risk rating on the company’s ability to meet financial obligations.
Application Process:
Applications can be submitted via CSBA-approved banks and financial institutions and their designated branches using the CSBA system. Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue and sales manager for this IPO.
