Siddhartha and Citizens Banks Adjust Share Prices Post Bonus Announcement
NEPSE adjusted Siddhartha Bank and Citizens Bank shares after book closure; Siddhartha at NPR 349.52, Citizens at NPR 202.

On Monday, Kartik 17, 2082, NEPSE adjusted the share prices of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) and Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) following book closure for their annual general meetings and dividend distribution.
Both banks had declared a 5% bonus share, and NEPSE recalculated their share prices based on the previous trading day's closing rates. As a result, Siddhartha Bank shares were adjusted to NPR 349.52, down from NPR 367, while Citizens Bank shares were adjusted to NPR 202, down from NPR 212.10.
These adjusted prices serve as the opening values for trading in the secondary market. Siddhartha Bank has called its 24th AGM on Kartik 30 at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 am. The agenda includes approval of 5% bonus shares, 5.53% cash dividend including tax, amendments to the company’s bylaws, board appointments, social responsibility expenditures, and auditor appointments.
Citizens Bank International will distribute a 5% bonus share and 0.26% cash dividend including tax on bonus shares as part of its AGM agenda.
