Team Ventures Ltd. has formally launched Summit Fund Ltd., a new investment vehicle dedicated to renewable energy and green infrastructure projects in Nepal. The initiative positions Team Ventures as a significant player in the country’s transition toward sustainable energy solutions.
Summit Fund is structured as a specialized investment platform focusing on operational renewable energy plants and allied infrastructure. Backed by Team Ventures’ experienced investment professionals, the fund integrates advanced risk and portfolio management strategies to ensure sustainable growth and deliver consistent returns to investors.
The fund has already raised NPR 140 million (Rs. 14 crore) in its first funding round, with contributions from high-net-worth individuals affiliated with leading Nepali business groups.
Looking ahead, Summit Fund is actively seeking additional capital from institutional and strategic partners to scale operations. It also plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) in the near future, broadening investor participation and accelerating Nepal’s shift to renewable energy.
