SY Panel Nepal Limited (SYPNL) recorded its first-ever trade at Rs 319.80 per share during Wednesday’s special pre-open session, marking a strong debut on the Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse).
The company was officially listed on Nepse on Tuesday, with a total of 13,081,371 shares eligible for trading. This includes 5,232,548 shares allotted to the general public and 7,848,823 promoter shares.
For the opening session, Nepse assigned SY Panel an initial price range of Rs 106.61 to Rs 319.83, allowing the market to determine the stock’s fair value during the special pre-open auction. The stock opened at the upper limit of the range, reflecting heightened investor interest.
With the debut trade completed, SY Panel Nepal will now be available for regular secondary-market trading under the ticker symbol SYPNL.
