SY Panel Nepal Shares Listed on NEPSE

SY Panel Nepal Limited (SYPNL) was officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Mangsir 23, enabling the company’s shares to trade in the public market for the first time. NEPSE listed a total of 13,081,371 shares, combining both promoter holdings and public issue shares.

Of the total listed volume, 5,232,548 shares were allotted to the general public, while 7,848,823 shares represent promoter holdings that now enter the listed category. The listing follows the company’s successful IPO allotment earlier this year.

For its initial trading session, NEPSE has assigned SY Panel Nepal an opening range of Rs. 106.61 to Rs. 319.83. Trading will begin in the special pre-open session on Wednesday, after which the stock will transition to regular market trading based on price discovery within the assigned band.

SY Panel Nepal will trade under the stock ticker SYPNL. Market participants expect active interest during the opening session as investors gauge the company’s valuation and long-term potential in the construction materials and panel manufacturing sector.
