SY Panel Nepal to Issue IPO from November 4
SY Panel Nepal Limited will open its IPO to the public on November 4 (Kartik 19), offering 4.07 million shares worth NPR 407.6 million at NPR 100 per share.

SY Panel Nepal Limited has announced that it will open the public offering of its ordinary shares from Kartik 19, 2082 (November 4, 2025). Following the completion of IPO allotments for locals in the project-affected areas and Nepalis working abroad, the company is now proceeding with the public phase of its issuance.
The company received regulatory approval to issue 5.23 million ordinary shares, equivalent to 40% of its paid-up capital of NPR 1.308 billion. In the earlier phase, SY Panel distributed 261,629 shares to residents of the affected area and 497,092 shares to Nepalis working overseas. Additionally, 149,127 shares have been reserved for company employees and 248,546 shares for mutual funds.
In this upcoming phase, the company will offer 4,076,156 shares to the general public at a par value of NPR 100 per share, amounting to NPR 407.6 million in total.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and up to 50,000 shares. The IPO will close early on Kartik 23 (November 8), or by Mangsir 3 (November 18) at the latest, depending on subscription levels.
ICRA Nepal has assigned SY Panel Nepal a [ICRANP-IR Double B] issuer rating, indicating a moderate risk level regarding its ability to meet financial obligations.
The issue and sales manager for this IPO is Prabhu Capital Limited. Interested investors can apply through ASBA-approved banks and financial institutions, or their designated branches approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
