SY Panel Nepal to Launch IPO from Bhadra 29 for Locals and Migrant Workers
SY Panel Nepal to issue IPO from Bhadra 29, offering shares to locals of Ratnanagar, Chitwan, and Nepalis working abroad.

SY Panel Nepal Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from Bhadra 29, 2082, targeting locals of project-affected areas and Nepalis working abroad.
The company has received approval to issue 5,232,548 ordinary shares at a par value of NPR 100 each, representing 40% of its NPR 1.3089 billion paid-up capital. The total offering amounts to NPR 523.25 million.
Out of this, 261,629 shares (2%) worth NPR 26.16 million are reserved for locals of Ratnanagar Municipality, Chitwan District. Similarly, 497,092 shares (10%), worth NPR 49.7 million, are allocated for Nepalis working abroad with official labor permits.
In addition, the company has reserved 149,127 shares for its employees and 248,546 shares for mutual funds. The remaining shares will be opened to the general public at a later phase.
Applications require a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 50,000 units per applicant.
The IPO proceeds will support SY Panel Nepal’s industrial growth and strengthen its capital base, while also expanding participation from both domestic and migrant-worker investors.
