Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has announced a 5% cash dividend, excluding taxes, from its profit for the previous fiscal year. The decision was approved during the board meeting held on Mangsir 22, where directors agreed to recommend the payout to shareholders.
The proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The announcement reflects the hotel's continued financial resilience and shareholder-focused distribution policy despite broader market uncertainties.
